Consent and Waiver Agreement
By registering for the “Walk and Bike 2024” event on July 20th, 2024, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Volunteer-Run Event:
- I understand that this event is organized entirely by volunteers.
- Voluntary Participation:
- I am participating in this event of my own free will to support humanitarian causes.
- Personal Responsibility:
- I am responsible for my own well-being and that of my family during the event.
- I do not hold the Nepali American Center, organizers, or volunteers financially or otherwise responsible for any unexpected situations that may arise during the event.
- Property Responsibility:
- I am fully responsible for any bikes, accessories, and personal items belonging to me and my family.
- I do not hold the Nepali American Center, organizers, or volunteers responsible for any loss or theft of such items.
By registering for this event, I am effectively signing this waiver and agreeing to its terms.
