Tourist Visa available at The Honorary Consulate General of Nepal Chicago

We offer 15day ($30) 30day ($50) and 90day ($125) visas To apply, you would need to first go online to the Embassy of Nepal Washington DC website select Consular Services, Visas then Tourist Visa application then click complete online application here. Then you will be taken to the Nepali-Port Department of Immigration site where you will start your application. Please select Honorary Consulate General of Nepal Chicago as your Embassy/Consulate/Mission then proceed with the application. On the application you will need to upload your passport photo and also a copy of your passport book photo page with all of your information on it. Please select Ordinary passport for your passport option. Once you complete the application and hit submit you will receive a confirmation receipt please print this receipt you will need to send this in with your documents if you cannot print please email it to us at mablawl@voyager.net. Once everything is completed you can give us a call so we can verify your application and approve it once your application is approved you we will schedule you an appointment to come in our office to obtain the visa. If you cannot come in our office you can send in your documents via mail we prefer our applicants to use FedEx if available because they are most reliable and provide tracking. When sending via mail you must also provide us with a prepaid envelope so we can mail your passport back to you. The required documents are your confirmation receipt, passport book and a money order or cashier check payable to the Embassy of Nepal we do not accept cash, card or personal checks. Please note we cannot process your visa application if you are a green card holder or a travel document.
